Individual and Group Supervision is provided on a regular basis to all Supervisors, and preparing individuals for taking and passing their BCBA exam is part of our agency’s objectives. We are contracted with most Insurance Companies, as well as local Regional Centers and School Districts. As such, our supervisors are trained to be well versed in the requirements and service models of these various funding sources. BCBA Job Description
Our Clinical Case Supervisors work with instructors and clients, providing ongoing monitoring of the Behavioral Instructor’s ability to implement the WWA program effectively by conducting clinic meetings, engaging in data based decision making, and writing progress reports that accurately capture the clients’ progress and ongoing areas of need. Supervisors attend IEP meetings, develop client goals, conduct school and home observations, consult with parents and team members, and assist with scheduling. Supervisors function with a high degree of autonomy and are supported to maintain a working knowledge of advances in the field.
BCBA Qualifications
- Minimum of MA/MS in Psychology or related field
- BCBA Certification or nearing the completion of a BCBA certificate program
- Two years of experience as a Behavioral Instructor, with at least one of those years acting as a Senior Behavioral Instructor. Previous experience as a Supervisor is preferred
- Strong communication and writing skills required
- Organization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

ABA Provider Job Description
This is a full-time position and the responsibilities include: provide behavior analysis, 1:1 with individuals on the autism spectrum, in both the school and home setting under the direct supervision of our BCBA Case Supervisors.
ABA Provider Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic setting
- Exhibit professionalism when interacting with parents and/or other personnel
- Must be available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm to be considered for full time employment
